1、Subscription Terms

By using [BioCalculator] ("the App"), you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

Please read these Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before subscribing to the VIP Membership of Bio-Calculator. By subscribing to our VIP Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to our VIP Membership.

Note to Minors: If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian before subscribing to our VIP Membership. By subscribing, you and your parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and consent to use the VIP Membership according to these Terms.

1. Subscription Billing For accounts that have chosen a recurring monthly, annual, or perpetual subscription, the charges will be processed in accordance with the rules of each billing platform (Apple In-App Purchasing (IAP) / Google Play).

2.Payment will be automatically deducted before the end of each subscription period. The exact timing of deductions is determined by each payment platform. Your membership will be automatically extended for an equivalent defined period after each payment.

To cancel your subscription, please manually deactivate the auto-renew feature in your payment settings.

For Apple iTunes users: Go to “Settings” -> Apple ID -> “Subscriptions”, select “Membership” and cancel your subscription. If you do not deactivate auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

Membership Pricing Bio-Calculator VIP Membership is available in monthly, annual, or perpetual subscriptions at the rate you choose. We may update the subscription types from time to time, with details as shown in the app.

Membership FeaturesSubscribers of the Bio-Calculator VIP Membership will enjoy, but not limited to, access to all features and removal of all ads. We may update membership features, but they will be no less than previously described. Specific features are as displayed in the app.

Advanced FeaturesVIP Membership subscribers are eligible to use the regularly updated premium features and materials.

TroubleshootingIf you cannot access VIP Membership features after a successful subscription, try clicking [Restore Purchase] on the [VIP Membership page]. If the problem persists, uninstall Bio-Calculator, go to the App Store, re-login to your account, download Bio-Calculator, and try [Restore Purchase] again.

Platform LimitationVIP Membership subscriptions made on the Apple Store cannot be used on other platforms.

Cancellation & RefundTo cancel your VIP Membership or request a refund, please follow the instructions at this link or call Apple at 800-692-7753.

2、Use Terms

2.1 Prohibited Actions:

Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create multiple accounts for commercial scraping, spam, or other abusive purposes. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

2.2 Intellectual Property:

All App content (logos, text, databases, UI design, and software) is owned by [BioCalculator] and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify App content without written consent.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the App for illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Bulk scrape data (defined as extracting over 100 records in a single session without prior written approval).
  • Impersonate others, manipulate user data, or distribute malware.
  • Interfere with App functionality (e.g., DDoS attacks, bot traffic).

2.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uptime or freedom from errors.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose (e.g., financial or legal decisions).
  • Protection from disruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., internet outages).

2.4 Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, business opportunities).
  • Incidental damages (e.g., costs incurred from data inaccuracies).
  • Consequential damages (e.g., losses from reliance on the App).
  • This limitation applies even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages.

2.5 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms 30 days before the changes take effect, via in-app notices or email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. You may review the latest version at any time in the App’s "Legal" section.
